Fundraising

Our current fundraising activities include:

Stained Glass Project: The stained glass windows of our historic building are in critical need of repair and restoration. We have undertaken a variety of fundraisers to raise our part of a grant we won from the state’s historic preservation fund.

Service Auction: At this annual event, members and friends bid on services and goods donated by other members and friends. This year, the proceeds are the sole support for several program budgets.

Guest At Your Table: From November to January, our youth ask church members and friends to donate their spare change (coins and bills) to the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC), our denomination’s international arm for social justice. See the UUSC website to learn what they do.

Grocery/Gift Cards: We sell gift cards for use at grocers and other businesses, and the church gets part of the card user’s purchases. Some cards can be refilled, and the church still gets part of the purchases.
