DESCRIPTION:Soul Matters Monthly Journaling Workshop on zoom.  This journa
 ling workshop has been meeting on a monthly basis for over five years. It 
 is a touching time of self-discovery through writing exercises and follow-
 up conversations. Participants do not share the words that they write down
  – but share what they noticed during the writing process. These worksho
 ps an opportunity to uncover our own internal wisdom. When we are journali
 ng\, we are articulating to ourselves our half-formed thoughts. We are mak
 ing sense of our reactions to our day-to-day life. We are discovering who 
 we are and what we believe.  Recently we have moved to using the Soul Mat
 ters materials for readings and writing prompts. This is an another way to
  connect with the Soul Matters material that is used in covenant groups.
