  five years. While many participants return month after month from across 
 the United States and beyond\, newcomers are always warmly invited.\nThrou
 gh guided writing exercises and meaningful conversation\, this workshop of
 fers a gentle space for self-discovery\, reflection\, and connection. Part
 icipants are never asked to share what they have written\; instead\, we sh
 are insights about the writing process itself and what we noticed or disco
 vered along the way.\nJournaling helps us uncover our own inner wisdom by 
 giving voice to thoughts and feelings that are often only partially formed
 . Together\, we explore our reactions to daily life\, deepen our understan
 ding of ourselves\, and reflect on what we truly believe. In small breakou
 t conversations\, participants often find new perspectives and unexpected 
 insights through listening and connecting with others.\nThis workshop also
  offers another meaningful way to engage with the Soul Matters themes and 
 materials used in covenant groups. All are welcome\, whether you are a lon
 gtime participant or joining for the first time.
