You are invited to deepen your relationship with nature through a practice of nature-bathing. Deeply root with the nature-based meditation, Sacred Wanderings, with Krista Mikos.

Sacred Wandering is going out into Nature as a group to connect to the healing power of Nature and to the healing power of the Divine. Bring something to sit upon unless you prefer to sit on the ground or a rock. No dogs or children, please. No cell phone usage during the meditation. Bring water but also bring a travel mug as we will share tea and conversation afterwards. Even in light rain or snow (unless it is too severe), we will practice.

It takes about 1.5 hours start to finish which includes an in-gathering, a warm up, a short wander, a settling down for the meditation and then tea and sharing after.  This is not a hike. We don’t even walk/wander very far. We find a place in nature and meditate near one another and then rejoin the circle for tea and sharing. More information at www.sacredwandering.org.
