At All Souls we love to celebrate love. We consider the crafting of a ceremony of union to be a co-creative experience and are happy to offer our expertise while also taking your lead with regards to specific rituals, words, and religious perspectives.
The ritual of memorializing a recently passed loved one is an important step in the lives of those who remain. At All Souls we feel it is important to come together to remember and celebrate the life of those transitioning from this life to whatever comes next and to do so in a way that honors the many traditions of those that remain as well as those who have passed.

While Rev. Ron has the right of first refusal on officiating rites of passage, it is often the case that he defers to local colleagues. The Event Team Lead will provide you with a list of officiants that you may choose from. Or you may wish to bring your own officiant, so long as their values are not contrary to those of ASUUC.
Rev. Ron’s rate to officiate a service for non-members is $500 for weddings and $350 for celebrations of life.
If you are using one of our referrals, you will need to negotiate the fee with the officiant.
Likewise, our Music Director has the right of first refusal on music coordination and performance. You will need to negotiate the fee for the Music Director, bring in your own performers, or hire someone from the referral list provided by the Event Team Lead.
Our facility rental fees for non-members are as follows:
Sanctuary (Audio/Video services included in rate): $205/hour
Small Hall and kitchen: $120/hour
The Rev. Ron is available to officiate rites of passage for members of All Souls UU Church. We direct all other inquiries to UU minister the Rev. Julia McKay. If you have another officiant you would like to bring in, please connect with us.
