Welcome to the lifelong journey of personal discovery
of religious and spiritual growth and of human becoming
that is faith development at ASUUC.
Beyond Sunday Services we have much to offer.
Explore our collection of courses and workshops
for deeper exploration and faith development
that help us faithfully become our most realized selves.

Whether you are brand new to Unitarian Universalism; are deepening your sense of UU
identity; or are a long-time, or lifelong UU; Adult Programs give you the chance to go
deeper— intellectually, socially, ethically, and spiritually in the context of a supportive,
covenanted spiritual community.

Classes have already begun with a successful Soul Collage session and there are several
events coming up in September. The 2025-26 robust lineup of classes, workshops, and
retreats is on the web site www.asuuc.net (Navigate to Get Involved/Spiritual Enrichment) or
look for a flyer in the pew pockets that lists this year’s offerings. For more information
contact adultprograms@asuuc.org or even call Bobbie Poole at 970-222-4330.

A good place to start your learning/deepening journey is with basic classes that offer an
introductory perspective on Unitarian Universalist spiritual practice, social justice, theology,
and service. These classes will be offered in both Fall and Spring. Look for the ** before the
title of the class.

As usual, there are several chances for you to explore various kinds of spiritual practice to
find what works for you. Spirit in Practice leads off, exploring why you would even want or
need a spiritual practice and uses yoga as context. This is followed by workshops trying out
practices in mystic traditions, paganism, Heart Math, poetry, music, soul collage, generosity,
stillness, and journaling. Try one or try them all. Don’t forget to RSVP at
AdultPrograms@ASUUC.org.
