Elevation gain: 610 feet. Steepest part will be downhill first, with more gradual ascent at the
end of trail.

Difficulty: Easy to moderate. Pace - moving along with occasional stops at viewpoints and rock
formations.

Hike description: This fun hike winds from the main parking lot (p2) on the Palmer Trail above Kissing Camels and around near the Siamese Twins. It is very photogenic with many wonderful unique rock structures and overlooks. The trail is frequently rocky, and uneven with many small rolling hills.

Start time: 9:00 am. Please be at the trailhead by 8:45.

Hiker equipment: Please bring adequate water. Poles will be helpful due to scree on the trail.

Restrooms: at the Visitor Center, and the parking lot P2 (north end).

We are providing hike length, elevation gain, and estimated difficulty so you can judge your comfort level. We stay together as a group and leave no hiker behind.
