Join us on Zoom for our monthly Journaling Workshop—a warm, welcoming gathering that has been meeting for more than five years. Many participants return month after month from across the United States and beyond, and newcomers are always warmly invited.

 

Through guided writing exercises and thoughtful conversation, the workshop offers a gentle space for reflection, self-discovery, and connection. You will never be asked to share what you write. Instead, participants are invited to share what they noticed during the writing process, including any insights, surprises, or questions that emerged.

 

Journaling can help us listen more closely to our own inner wisdom by giving voice to thoughts and feelings that may still be taking shape. Together, we explore our responses to daily life, deepen our understanding of ourselves, and reflect on what we truly believe. In small breakout conversations, participants often gain fresh perspectives and unexpected insights through listening and connecting with others.
