Hike description: This local city hike near downtown has many interesting views. The trail loops on the eastern side of the park and is dog friendly. We will be winding through a few of the many rocky outcrops and hoodoos. There are a number of picnic tables for resting and enjoying the beautiful park. Kudos to Kate Crow for her pre-hikes and recommendation for this lovely hike.
Hiker Preparation/Equipment: Check the weather in advance and dress accordingly. Sturdy hiking shoes and poles are always recommended. Bring plenty of water!
Note: We stay together and leave no hiker behind.
Restroom: There is no porta potty at the trailhead.
Dogs are allowed. Bring a leash. Please clean up after your dog.
