The All Souls Auction is the fundraising event of the year! It brings All Souls members and friends together for an evening of food, entertainment and spirited but friendly competitive bidding on unique events, services and items, followed by a year of enjoying the spoils of victory with friends old and new—all while supporting our spiritual home, one of the most vital liberal religious institutions in Colorado Springs.
About the Auction
The Auction is for members, friends, and guests, and admission is free for all. Admission includes the auctions, buffet, and child care. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at check-in and donations to help out with food and drink are always welcome!
We collect a lot of great stuff from people in our congregation and supportive businesses in the area. Donations include everything from dinners, event tickets, personal/professional services, handmade items, to unique gifts from far-away places. Then we bid on the items in either the silent auction or the live auction with a professional auctioneer. Kids are encouraged to eat dinner with their families before heading downstairs for the Costume & Movie Party, featuring some tasty popcorn and the film E.T.
This year’s Auction theme is “Reach for the Stars!” Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed as your favorite alien, Jedi warrior, astronaut, Star Fleet officer, or astronomer. See below for a brief itinerary of events and more info about what, when, where, and how to donate items.
5:00 PM – Doors are open and the silent auction begins
The Auction is run almost entirely by volunteers and your help is needed! Check out our Auction sign-up genius for more info about all the ways you can help us before, during, and after the event.
Pre-registration is the easiest, fastest way to register to bid in the auction and select your favorite bidder number. By registering prior to the auction, you’ll make check-in a breeze and can spend more time bidding on items instead of standing in line.

Registration will also be available in person the night of the auction.
Out of town the night of the auction? Not to worry, you can register a friend or family member as a proxy bidder, so you still have the opportunity to win some fabulous prizes.
Please use the Donation Form below to donate events and other goods for this year’s auction. All donations must be submitted by 10:00 PM on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in order to be included in the auction catalog. Donations can be dropped off following service on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Please let a member of the Auction Team know if you need to make alternate arrangements.
