Auction

It’s time for the Second  Chance Auction Sale!

Many thanks to all the donors, bidders, and volunteers who helped make this year’s Auction a tremendous success!

Missed the Auction? Not to worry, you get a second chance to buy some of the great items, event seats, and services that weren’t sold out during the Auction, as well as some last minute donations that didn’t make it into the catalog. Bidding will occur From Saturday, October 27 through Sunday, November 4.

There are several ways to place a bid:

  1. Use the bid sheet next to each item at the church
  2. Email your bid to auction@asuuc.net
  3. Contact a member of the Auction team and request they forward your bid

Include the amount you are willing to pay on the bid sheet or in your email.
For events with multiple spaces, please indicate how many seats you want.

Should bids be received by two or more individuals for the same item of the same amount, each party has the option to outbid the other person. If the amount is not increased, the item will go to the person who placed the bid first.

At the end of the Second Chance Sale period, remaining items will be returned to the donor, sold to another party considering a Best Offer, used by ASUUC, or donated to charity in accordance with the wishes of the donor.
