Right Relations Team

We, the congregation, will be electing a Right Relations Team at our 2026 annual business meeting.

The work of this Team will be to encourage communication and turn conflicts creative instead of destructive. UU Institute training in Right Relations facilitating will be provided and paid for by the Leadership Development Committee.

We would like a group of people to take this training together, since some of the exercises involve interaction. The training is open to anyone who wants to take it. The Leadership Development Committee is looking for six people to form the Right Relations Team next year. Two will serve one year, two will serve two years, and two will serve the full three-year term, establishing the pattern of rotation.
