Statewide Solidarity Summit Hosted at ASUUC October 3rd, 2026
Across the country, communities are facing escalating attacks on democracy, bodily autonomy, climate justice, immigrant communities, and the safety and dignity of our neighbors. We know these conditions require more than individual action or short-term urgency. This moment is calling us to build — and rebuild — our understanding of what it means spiritually to be neighbors and to engage in many forms of sacred community defense.
A Solidarity Summit creates space to strengthen our capacity for justice-centered organizing, deepen city and statewide relationships, and root our work in the spiritual values that sustain long-term transformation. These gatherings offer political education, hands-on training, relationship-building, and opportunities to strengthen regional networks for the work ahead. This Summit is designed to help participants deepen their bench, expand their toolbox, and practice the spiritual technologies that have long sustained movements for justice: care, imagination, courage, collaboration, and collective action.
Join us for the UU Colorado Action Network (UUCAN) Solidarity Summit, a statewide justice training and practice gathering that brings together Unitarian Universalists and other people of faith to strengthen the relationships, tools, and capacities needed for this moment. A specific focus of this Colorado Summit will be the two anti-trans ballot measures in Colorado. Mark your calendar for October 3rd!
