This course will explore what we mean by mysticism, and discuss the roots of the UU church in the mystic tradition of Transcendentalism. We will try to understand how mysticism is still relevant to us today.

Sep 29, 6:30-8:30 pm  Heart Math, Facilitated by Nancy Seckman--In this two-hour HeartMath class, participants learn science-backed techniques to regulate stress, enhance emotional resilience, and access intuitive clarity through heart-focused breathing and coherence practices. The session blends interactive exercises, biofeedback tools, and group discussion to empower lasting shifts in well-being and performance.
