The Finance Team is comprised of three members who are elected by the Board of Trustees. The Treasurer, elected by the congregation, serves on, but does not head the Finance Team. Our purpose is to manage the finances of All Souls, which include revenue from pledged giving, endowment funds, revenue from the annual action, as well as other streams. After the pledge drive concludes and teams submit their budget requests, we work to devise an annual budget which is presented to the congregation for a vote at the Annual General Meeting. We meet monthly via Zoom or Microsoft Meetings.
