The Right Relations Committee serves as a resource to foster open, respectful, and compassionate dialogue within the congregation, promoting harmony and adherence to our UU principles. The committee provides guidance, facilitates restorative conversations when conflicts arise, and offers training to support healthy relationships within the congregation.
