With the understanding that music—or more expansively, “intentional sound-making”—is a naturally connective expression of humanity, we invite you to explore how music and listening can deepen our connection to ourselves and to our world. Together, we will build from Pauline Oliveros’ celebrated Deep Listening work as we participate in a guided listening practice, a sound walk, and a co-created sound bath practice. No musical experience is necessary!  Just bring yourself and a willingness to make a little noise, if you feel so moved.
