In this two-hour HeartMath class, participants learn science-backed techniques to regulate stress, enhance emotional resilience, and access intuitive clarity through heart-focused breathing and coherence practices. The session blends interactive exercises, biofeedback tools, and group discussion to empower lasting shifts in well-being and performance.

This is the third class in the Intersection Series, in which ASUUC members will present their traditions and practices taken from other belief systems and discuss how those intersect with and inform their experience of Unitarian Universalism. Think of a Venn diagram. Each class stands alone.
